Environmental consciousness and actions taken in the U.S. 2016
This statistic shows the opinion on Americans who somewhat agree or strongly agree with an "environmentally conscious" identity and the actions they believe are environmentally conscious compared with actions they actually took as of March 2016. During the survey, nearly 50 percent of the respondents who strongly agreed with being "environmentally conscious" were actually likely to bike, walk or take public transportation to frequent destinations.
