This survey illustrates the distribution of reasons for booking business travel with suppliers in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2015. Among respondents, 50 percent stated they booked through a supplier because of better pricing, whereas 42 percent did so to earn loyalty status or receive loyalty benefits.
