During a survey from February 2023, 14 percent of respondents aged 18 to 34 years stated that they always watched the Oscars. Adults in this age category along with those aged 35 to 44 years old were marginally more likely to watch the Academy Awards ceremony than their older peers, but the majority of respondents said that they never tuned into the show at all.
