Private new housing in Great Britain

The monthly construction output of all new private housing construction in Great Britain from January 2016 to November 2020 in million British pounds saw an overall growth, despite occasional fluctuation. In 2020, however, there was a large drop in the monthly construction output of all new private housing construction in Great Britain. In April 2020, the value dropped to just over 1.3 billion British pounds; it soon caught up again, amounting to just over 3 billion in August 2020. These fluctuations could be explained by the COVID-19 pandemic's arrival in Great Britain, putting a hold on most construction work.
