The survey of 113 insurance executives was carried out in June 2014 and the survey of 1,827 consumers in September 2014. Geographical distribution of respondents: 19% North America, 19% Latin America, 23% EMEA, 26% Asia-Pacific, 14% Middle and Eastern Europe
