The value added of the coke and petroleum industry in the Netherlands increased by 1.7 billion euros in 2015 in comparison to the previous year. The year 2015 therefore marks a significant change in the value compared to the previous year.
The source defines the value added as: 'the difference between production (basic prices) and intermediate consumption (purchase prices).'
