The net prime yields for warehouses over 5,000 square meters in Poland picked up in 2023, after hitting a record-low in 2021. Yields were the lowest in Warsaw, at six percent, while in Katowice and Poznan, they stood at 6.75 and 6.5 percent. Compared to other European markets, this was higher than in the leading cities in the United Kingdom and Germany, but lower than in Greece and Romania.
