The Connected Car segment Infotainment Services includes fees for additional services for navigation, entertainment or other comfort-related services. The segment is split into Advanced Navigation, Entertainment, and Comfort Services. Advanced Navigation services include regular map updates, real-time traffic information or further area information or sending routes to the navigation system over the internet. Entertainment services include streaming offers (audio, video) and other paid entertainment software. Comfort Services are aimed at personal convenience and productivity, for example through concierge services or in-car e-mailing. Not included are services that provide or analyze information on the condition of the vehicle. Those can be found in the Vehicle Services segment. Furthermore, revenues with data plans are excluded.
