Watches and jewelry: quarterly sales volume index in Great Britain 2015-2022
This statistic shows the quarterly trend in the retail sales volume of watches and jewelry (quantity bought) in Great Britain from 1st quarter 2015 to 4th quarter 2022. The figures are seasonally adjusted estimates, measured using the Retail Sales Index (RSI) and published in index form with a reference year of 2019 equal to 100. Despite some fluctuations, the retail sales volume of jewelry and watches has generally increased until the third quarter of 2019. After that point, sales volume had two significant drops, one in the second quarter of 2020 and the other in the first quarter of 2021. However, retail sales volume of watches and jewelry generally increased again after that point. In the last quarter of 2022, sales volume index stood at 96.9 points.
