This statistic shows the percentage of workers in the United States who don't participate in a retirement plan by age, based on a survey conducted between May and June 2015. The rate of non-participating workers was much higher in the 18-24 bracket compared to the 45-54 bracket with rates of 69 percent and 26 percent respectively.
