This statistic shows the percentage of millennials who believe the culture at their current organization matches the words or phrases seen on the graphic, based on surveys conducted during September and October 2015 in 28 countries around the world. Moreover, the statistic provides a comparison of those millennials who expect to stay that their current employer for more than 5 years and those who expect to leave within 2 years. 40% of those expecting to stay more than 5 years believe their organization's culture provides a strong sense of purpose beyond financial success compared with 26% of those who believe they will leave in the next 2 years.

Data is based on responses to Deloitte's millennials survey. Of the 7,692 people surveyed 4,300 came from what Deloitte classify as 'emerging markets' while 3,392 people came from 'developed markets'.
