Data is based on responses to Deloitte's millennials survey. Of the 7,692 people surveyed 4,300 came from what Deloitte classify as 'emerging markets' while 3,392 people came from 'developed markets'.
The question posed was, "If you had a choice, how long would you stay with your current employer before leaving to join a new organization or do something different?".
