Omnichannel retail survey: shoppers with an online store account in the UK 2015

This statistic presents the share of consumers with an online customer account in the United Kingdom as a of a survey conducted between November 2015 and January 2016. According to the survey, 82 percent of consumers who shopped online during this period had an online account with the store. Of those shopping on in stores on the high street, 58 percent had an online account with the store they purchased from.
