The French-speaking socialist party, PS, obtained the largest number with 17 seats followed by Ecolo and MR, the French-speaking liberal party, with 15 and 13 seats respectively. The biggest Dutch-speaking party in the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region is currently Groen, which won four seats in 2019.

* In the Belgian regional elections representatives for the regional parliaments, that is the Flemish Parliament, the Walloon Parliament, the Parliament of the German-speaking Community, and the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region, are elected. Members of the Parliament of the French-speaking Community are not directly elected, but are members of the Walloon Parliament and the French-speaking part of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region. The Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region consists of both French- and Dutch-speaking members (72 French-speaking and 17 Dutch-speaking).
