As of late 2015, 25 percent of respondents felt that their company's semiconductor-related spending would increase between 1 and 5 percent in the next fiscal year.

* The source indicates that the survey included - but was not limited to - 163 senior executives from leading global semiconductor companies. 67 percent of respondents represented companies with annual revenues of 1 billion U.S. dollars or more. 49 percent of respondents were from the United States, 15 percent from China, and 28 percent from the ASPAC.
