This statistic shows the distribution of shared-ownership developments in the Americas and the Caribbean in 2014, by on-site amenities. Of the shared vacation developments surveyed, 84.8 percent had a swimming pool as an on-site amenity.

* Active developments are defined as those did not have fewer than five units, that were not yet in sales or had made no sales in 2014.
The results are based on survey results from 62 active fractional interest projects, residence clubs and destination clubs.
Includes developements in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
A telephone survey was also conducted.
