Retail revenue from tobacco goods in Germany 2013-2023, by segment

In 2023, retail sales of cigarettes generated revenues of roughly 22.52 billion euros, an increase compared to the previous year at 21.9 billion euros. On the other hand, sales of cigars and cigarillos declined by around two percent from around 793 million to 776 million euros.
