This statistic shows the prevalence of women who breastfeed in the United Kingdom (UK) as well as the duration of time that women breastfeed, as of a study conducted in 2015. According to the publication 81 percent of women in the UK have tried breastfeeding, of which 0.5 percent continued to breastfeed throughout the first 12 months.
