Home buyers of all ages in the United States in 2023 generally considered commuting costs and heating and cooling costs to be the most important environmentally friendly features to consider when purchasing a home. Commuting costs stood out as highly important for the respondents between 25 and 33 years as well af for the youngest group of homebuyers between 18 and 24 years.
