The personnel costs of the wholesale and retail trade industry incl. repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles in the United Kingdom increased by 2.8 billion euros (+2.39 percent) in 2018 in comparison to the previous year. In total, the personnel costs amounted to 121.4 billion euros in 2018. This increase was preceded by declining personnel costs in this industry.
