In the period between April and June 2024, Lumo, which operates trains on the route between London and Edinburgh, was the most reliable operator in the UK, experiencing a cancellation rate of only 0.6 percent. Avanti West Coast, meanwhile, was the least reliable operator, with nearly eight percent of all scheduled services cancelled.
