* Data was extracted between 2010 and 2013. Prescribing incidents included: people with asthma prescribed a long-acting reliever inhaler (LABA or LAMA) without inhaled steroids, and people with asthma prescribed more than 12 reliever inhalers without a review in the last 12 months. People who had both errors were only counted once.
