This statistic shows the results of a survey concerning reasons for not using IT services offered as paid cloud services among companies in Germany in 2014. During the survey period it was found that 37 percent of companies that did not use cloud services stated that this was mainly due to security concerns.

The survey included companies from the following sectors: manufacturing industry, energy and water supply, construction, trade, automotive repair and maintenance, transport and logistics, hospitality, information and communication, real estate and housing, freelance, scientific and technical services, other economic services, repair of data processing or telecommunications devices.
