The LWR survey did not take place in 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013 and 2018. The figures for those years are based on die data of the EVS (Einkommens- und Verbrauchsstichprobe = Income and Consumption Survey), the other years on LWR (Laufende Wirtschaftrechnungen = ongoing budget surveys). The figures can not be compared without adjustment.
No data available for 1999 and 2002.

According to the source, the figures include cordless landline phones.

The source adds the following information: "Private household equipment, excluding households of self-employed or farmers and households with a monthly household net income of 18,000 euros and above."

On EVS the source states:"Private households at the main residence, with a monthly income of less than 18,000 euros. Overall people without permanent residence (homeless) and people in collective homes and institutions are not included in the survey."
The cutoff date is January 1 of each year.
