In this survey, consumers in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked what reasons they had for not trusting online price comparison services. 16 percent of the respondents answered they had never used a comparison website and wouldn't know what to do. Nearly half of all respondents reported that they have no level of trust in these services at all.
