In this survey, people were asked why they were dissatisfied with their current energy supplier, in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2014. The most common reason for customer dissatisfaction was related to cost and tariff size at 66 percent, while the quality and reliability issues were also a problem for 63 percent of respondents.
