This statistic shows the share of people responding to the distribution of advertising on piracy websites in Spain in 2019. In 2019, the great majority of the people that were surveyed responded that they found some type of advertising on the website with illegal content, with a share of the total respondents of 92 percent. Respondents also confirmed most of these websites require their users to sign up.
