The survey "Interaktiver Handel in Deutschland" (Interactive Retail in Germany) is conducted by the market research institute GIM on behalf of the German E-Commerce and Distance Selling Trade Association (bevh). The survey investigates the online and mail order spending behavior as well as the consumption of digital services of roughly 40,000 private consumers aged 14 years and older via telephone interviews and online surveys.
