The survey is based on the German-speaking population aged 14 years and older, in private households at the place of main residence in Germany.
Information on basic sample:
2013: 8,702 respondents, projected base of 70.33 million people
2014: 8,156 respondents, projected base of 70.52 million people
2015: 7,009 respondents, projected base of 69.24 million people
The survey question was phrased as follows: "Imagine you were to buy a new smartphone. What criteria would be particularly important to you? Please tell me according to this list. Criterion: high quality camera for photos and videos." (Original German questions: "Einmal angenommen, Sie wollen sich ein Handy bzw. Smartphone kaufen. Worauf würden Sie da besonders achten? Sagen Sie es mir einfach nach dieser Liste hier. Kriterium: Hochwertige eingebaute Kamera für Fotos und Videos")
