2013: 8,702 respondents, projected base of 70.33 million persons
2014: 8,156 respondents, projected base of 70.52 million persons
2015: 7,009 respondents, projected base of 69.24 million persons
2016: 7,026 respondents, projected base of 69.56 million persons
This question was phrased by the source as follows: "Do you have a mobile phone with a fixed contract, i.e. do you receive a monthly bill, or do you have a mobile phone with a prepaid card, i.e. a card with a certain balance?"
(Original German question: "Haben Sie ein Mobiltelefon mit einem Festvertrag, bekommen Sie also im Nachhinein eine monatliche Rechnung, oder haben Sie ein Mobiltelefon mit Prepaid-Karte, also mit einer Guthabenkarte?")
