This statistic shows the results of an online survey conducted by the National Coffee Association (NCA) from 2011 to 2020. U.S. survey respondents were asked how many cups of gourmet coffee beverages they drink per day. The survey results revealed that the U.S. per capita coffee consumption of gourmet coffee beverages amounted to 1.1 cups per day in 2020.

The National Coffee Drinking Trends, beginning in 2012, includes a representative sample of Hispanic Americans and African-Americans. Comparisons to years prior to 2012 must be made with caution, since the panel enhancement dictates technically that tracking be viewed as directional only.
