This statistic shows the results of a survey among respondents in the EU regarding media used for news on European political matters from 2011 to 2018. It was found that television was the most popular medium among the majority of Europeans. Moreover, Internet usage for news on European politics increased to 45 percent and became the second most popular source of news on European political matters among Europeans in 2018.
