This statistic shows the share of adults who have used an electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) in Canada from 2013 to 2017, by smoking status. During the 2017 survey, 54 percent of daily smokers said they had used an e-cigarette, up from approximately 53.1 percent of respondents in 2015.

Data comes from the Canadian Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Survey (CTADS) and is collected each month from February to December every two years. The source does not specify the number of respondents.
