Poland: total business economy enterprises 2020

The number of enterprises in the total business economy, repair of computers, personal and household goods, except financial and insurance activities in Poland increased by 43,961 enterprises (+2.17 percent) since the previous year. While the growth in this industry is slowing down, with 2,066,209 enterprises, the number of enterprises is at its peak in the observed period.
In accordance with EU REGULATION (EC) No 250/2009 only companies are included here which were active during at least a part of the reference period. It also includes local units (branches) which do not constitute a separate legal entity and which are dependent on foreign enterprises.
