In Spain long-life milk is consumed more than fresh milk. It can be seen that while long-life milk consumption volume has been over three billion liters in the entire period studied, the short-life milk consumption volume has been over 100 million liters. Both milk's types consumption has been decreasing, however, the fresh milk consumption volume reverted this trend and has been increasing since 2017.
