This statistic shows the total number of customers in Canada using natural gas as a source of energy from 2000 to 2015. In 2015, there were around 80.6 million natural gas customers in the country. Canada is one of the largest producers and exporters of natural gas in the world energy market.

Customers represent those with bills and meters and not necessarily all consumers of natural gas. Total customers includes industrial, commercial, and residential users of natural gas.
