Unsurprisingly, younger generations were more likely using subscription video-on-demand services in the UK than their older counterparts. According to a survey finished in September 2021, over three in four respondents aged 15 to 34 years consumed video content via subscription-based services. In comparison, SVOD not even reached one-third of people aged 55 years and older.
