Over the period under consideration, the penetration of online shopping has increased across all age groups, with the exception of those aged 65 to 74 years, in Latvia. In 2022, more than nine in ten Latvians aged between 16 and 24 years had purchased or ordered online goods or services. However, approximately 23 percent of all individuals in Latvia were reported to be non-online shoppers in the same year.
