This statistic shows the results of an online survey on the preferred mobile devices used for different types of online activities in Germany in 2014. During the survey period it was found that nearly 70 percent of tablet users statetd to read the news on their mobile device at least once a day.

This statistic is a result of analyzing four waves of the "Mobile Effects" survey by Tomorrow Focus Media, an onsite survey of members of the TFM network that is conducted two to three times a year.
