Cinema advertising expenditure in Turkey 2010-2023
The spending on cinema advertising in Turkey increased from 2010 to 2019, reaching a peak that year with 95 million Turkish lira. The value of cinema advertising expenditure dropped significantly in 2020 and 2021 due to cinemas being closed for a long time during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The cinema advertising spending amounted to over 183 million Turkish lira in 2023, which was a record value registered throughout the analyzed period.
