Online TV series binge viewing in the U.S. 2019, by age group

A survey held in October 2019 in the United States revealed that more than 50 percent of adults aged under 45 years old reported watching all the episodes of a TV season on a streaming service at once, with around ten percent of adults in this age bracket watching episodes one at a time as they are released weekly. Binge-viewing online TV series is increasingly commonplace, and most consumers prefer whole seasons to be released at once so they can watch them sooner.
