E-commerce reach in Estonia 2010-2022, by education level
Around 73 percent of individuals who had below-upper or upper secondary eduation in Estonia were e-commerce users in 2022. Among those with a university degree, the share of people who had used online commerce services in the past 12 months was almost 10 percent higher. The shares of e-commerce users across all educational backgrounds have substantially risen over the years.
