Utility companies EDF Energy and OVO received an average of 2,300 complaints per 100,000 customers in the last quarter of 2023. These were the highest figures among large energy suppliers in Great Britain at the time. The number of complaints received by the energy supplier British Gas experienced a decrease in 2023, after surpassing 2,700 at the end of 2022.
