In 2021, the number of employees in the wearing apparel manufacturing industry in Estonia decreased by 277 employees (-6.27 percent) since 2020. Therefore, the number of employees in Estonia saw its lowest number in that year with 4,139 employees. The relationship of employer to employee exists when there is an agreement, which may be formal or informal, between an enterprise and a person, normally entered into voluntarily by both parties, whereby the person works for the enterprise in return for remuneration in cash or in kind.
