According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, 50 percent of Indonesian respondents stated that they had used an online travel agency. One of the most popular online travel agencies in Indonesia is Traveloka, one of Indonesia's unicorn start-ups.
