The number of employees in the textile manufacturing industry in Spain increased by 3,792 employees (+9 percent) since the previous year. Therefore, the number of employees in Spain reached a peak in 2021 with 45,942 employees. The relationship of employer to employee exists when there is an agreement, which may be formal or informal, between an enterprise and a person, normally entered into voluntarily by both parties, whereby the person works for the enterprise in return for remuneration in cash or in kind.
