The total consumption of fruit juice in Italy, excluding nectars and other fruit beverages with less than 40 percent fruit content, was affected by sizeable fluctuations from 2010 to 2022. In 2010, roughly 142 million liters of fruit juice were consumed in Italy. During the following years, the consumption of fruit juice generally decreased on a yearly basis reaching 105 million liters consumed as of 2022.
