Digital health focus of pharma companies regarding customer value propositions 2020

This survey displays company's primary focus with their digital health strategies in 2013 and 2015 based on their value proposition for the customer and their prediction for 2020. As of 2015, 63 percent of respondents said that their company's digital health strategy primarily focused on extending value proposition for the customer.
