In 2020, all 50 states plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico reported rates of live births weighing less than 2,500 grams. Additionally, 45 states reported the childhood immunization status as part of their core set. State reporting of quality measures are voluntary, but will be mandatory starting FY 2024, already some states report nearly all measures in the child core set.
