According to the 2022 survey among United Nations (UN) member states, approximately 74 percent of them provided their citizens with mobile education services. A further 72 percent used mobile apps or SMS to provide public information updates regarding employment and health, while 58 percent used mobile services to inform the population about environment-related topics.
